We’ve completely redesigned the template system with a new visual builder and ready-to-use templates, making it easier to create your messages, submit them for approval with a single tap, and preview exactly how they look on a customer's screen before you hit send.

Create Interactive and Seamless Transaction Flows via WhatsApp.

We’ve made WhatsApp Flows much more powerful, allowing you to send messages that act like digital assistants. You can now use "sliding galleries" to show off multiple products at once and customize these interactive messages yourself using our improved visual editor. We have also refined the payment steps within these flows, providing a more detailed and seamless transaction experience for both you and your customer from start to finish.

A Unified Workspace for Your Customer Service App

The Customer Service App is now faster and more responsive on every device. To keep your team going, we’ve built a media viewer directly into the chat. Invoices, photos, and PDFs now open instantly inside the app. No more jumping to other programs or losing your place in a conversation. Sharing files like receipts or service videos is now a one-tap process, keeping your staff on one screen and your records organized.

Clearer Payment Records and WhatsApp Tracking

We’ve improved how payments are recorded to save you and your customers from any confusion. Transaction emails from Stripe now includes the Order ID, making it easy for customers to identify their records instantly. We have also simplified how you generate and send payment links directly within WhatsApp. Additionally, we have enhanced the overall message history and conversation tracking on WhatsApp, making it much easier to look back and manage your customer interactions with accuracy.

Accurate Shop Hours and Better POS Bookings

We’ve updated the POS system to ensure your booking calendar stays perfectly in sync with your actual business hours. The system now correctly blocks out collection and pickup dates on days your shop is closed, preventing customers from booking on days you are unavailable. We’ve also refreshed the scheduling preview and booking options display within the POS, making it more transparent and much easier for both you to view and manage appointments.
