Overview

The WhatsApp Business API provides a powerful, high-engagement communication channel. It is used to send automated, structured notifications (such as updates, reminders, and confirmations) directly to customers and to manage inbound customer support conversations.

Integrating the API allows your Service Operations System to streamline communication flows and reduce the need for manual outreach.

How to use?

  1. Go to Settings in your sidebar, then select Business Portfolio.
  2. Open the Integrations tab and find the WhatsApp Business card.
  3. Click the ••• menu and select Connect.
  4. In the popup, click Login with Facebook.
