The Handshake Between EasyBiz and Meta. This section guides you through linking your Meta Business Account with EasyBiz. This is the foundational step that replaces isolated mobile phones with a powerful, integrated communication system.


Why configure this?

You need to establish this connection to unlock the full power of the CRM:

  • Official Business Presence: Display your logo, website, and hours directly on your WhatsApp profile to build trust.
  • Enable Automation: You cannot send automated receipts or payment reminders without this secure connection.
  • Centralized Control: Manage permissions and settings from your dashboard, ensuring you own the data, not individual staff members.

To start sending messages, you need to grant EasyBiz permission to manage your WhatsApp Business number.

  1. Go to Settings in your sidebar, then select Business Portfolio.
  2. Open the Integrations tab and find the WhatsApp Business card.
  3. Click the ••• menu and select Connect.
  4. In the popup, click Login with Facebook.
  5. Follow the prompts to select your existing WhatsApp Business account or create a new one.
Tip:

Use a phone number that isn't currently active on the personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business mobile app to avoid connection conflicts.


Set up your business profile

Customize how your business appears to customers on WhatsApp.

  1. Click the ••• menu on the WhatsApp card again.
  2. Select WhatsApp business info.
  3. Upload your Logo and fill in key details like your About info, Address, Email, and Website Link.
